Prep A

In Prep A the children have been learning about division and addition during mathematics. Addition requires the joining of groups of objects. Division involves sharing objects fairly.

Recognising groups of objects and deciding if they are the same or different is one way of checking that shares are 'fair'. The children have shared objects and even had a try at writing their own equations.
